ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age. If a volunteer is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written permission. Depending on local school requirements, volunteers under 18 may need to obtain a work permit or similar documentation before starting volunteer service. Please consult with your school or district if this applies.

The Video Store!

Vidiots Video Store Volunteers are vital to the growth and preservation of Vidiots’ legendary video store collection! Video Store Volunteers assist Managers and Clerks with special projects, including but not limited to, organizing, sorting, alphabetizing the physical media collection, and special research projects.

The Eagle Theatre and Micro Cinema!

Vidiots Venue Volunteers are essential to Vidiots’ expert and smooth-running operations, and to hosting Vidiots’ diverse and expansive community of film lovers. Venue Volunteers assist Vidiots’ House Managers, Guest Services, and Front of House Staff with duties including but not limited to scanning tickets, ushering, and general assistance with producing events and screenings.
