A bloodthirsty houseplant from outer space brings a shy florist fame and fortune, along with a whole bunch of trouble, in this sublime movie musical, based on a off-Broadway hit from composer Alan Menken and writer Howard Ashman, which is itself an adaptation of the 1960 film The Little Shop of Horrors by director Roger Corman.
This comedic, cameo-packed delight stars Rick Moranis as the lovelorn, slightly anemic Seymour and Ellen Greene in an iconic performance as the object of his desire, the original Audrey.
