Chow plays Sing, a bumbling crook in Shanghai whose attempts to make a name for himself bring him into conflict with an axe-wielding criminal gang and several martial-arts warriors. Watch as he goes from zero to hero, becoming a kung fu master with the power to fly through the air and drop-kick a dozen goons at the same time!
