Vidiots is thrilled to welcome actor/director/legend Bill Duke for a special screening of his neon-soaked neo-noir Deep Cover!

We are going undercover with Laurence Fishburne and Jeff Goldblum in Bill Duke’s slick crime thriller set in the underbelly of early 90s Los Angeles. Fishburne plays Russell Stevens, an undercover LAPD officer determined to infiltrate the cartel of LA’s biggest drug kingpin, played by none other than Jeff Goldblum, in one of his most menacing roles. Stevens has to walk the line between criminal and cop as he plunges into ever darker territory to keep his cover and bring down the operation. Smart and stylish with a killer early 90s hip hop soundtrack and incredible performances by Fishburne and Goldblum, this sizzling slice of neo-noir will pull you deep under its sinister spell!

Screening followed by a conversation with Bill Duke. And the fun doesn’t stop there! Join us for Predator with Bill Duke and Richard Chaves on Sunday the 21st.
