Directed and co-written by acclaimed horror master Álex de la Iglesia, 30 Coins (30 Monedas) centers on a dizzying world where nothing is as it seems – and no one can be trusted. In the wake of Pedraza’s fall, Season Two finds Father Vergara (Eduard Fernández) and Elena (Megan Montaner) trapped in the depths of hell. Meanwhile, in the world of the living, influential sect leader Christian Barbrow (Paul Giamatti) hatches a sinister plot to reassemble the 30 coins for an ominous ritual. As the former inhabitants of Pedraza attempt to uncover the vast mysteries behind the terrors they experienced in captivity, Vergara finds himself collaborating with former enemies in a dire race to prevent Barbrow’s reign of destruction – and the end of the world.
